Use of the website and the booking of a transfer service constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Transactions and the Cancellation Policy.
The company provides private passenger transfer services by advance booking, to and from airports, ports, hotels, tourist destinations and other points of travel.
The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, without prior notice. The terms in force are always published on this website.

Bookings are made through the website by completing the required details and completing the payment, where required.
The customer is required to provide accurate and complete information regarding:
date and time of transfer,
pick-up and destination points,
contact details,
number of passengers,
flight or arrival/departure details,
any special requirements.
The booking is considered valid only after:
successful completion of the payment or payment pre-authorization, and
the sending of confirmation by email.
The company reserves the right to reject or cancel a booking in cases of unavailability, incorrect information, payment failure or force majeure events.
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include all statutory taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made through secure electronic payment systems using a debit or credit card.
The company does not store payment card details. Transactions are carried out through a certified and secure electronic payment provider.
The company reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of booking.
Cancellations by the customer
For cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a full refund is provided.
For cancellations made from 72 to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a refund of 50% of the amount paid is provided.
For cancellations within 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, the company reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the booking value.
In the event of a customer no-show, no refund will be made.
A no-show is deemed to be the customer’s failure to appear at the agreed pick-up point within a reasonable period from the scheduled time, without prior notice.
Approved refunds are made exclusively through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The time required to complete the refund may vary depending on the bank or payment provider and may take up to 5-10 business days.
In cases of airport pick-up, the customer is required to provide the correct flight details.
The company makes every possible effort to monitor potential flight delays. However, it is not liable for significant flight changes or cancellations that have not been communicated in a timely manner.
A reasonable waiting time from the scheduled arrival time is included. Beyond this, an additional charge may apply.
Customers must:
comply with safety instructions,
use seat belts,
behave in a manner that does not endanger the driver, the vehicle or other passengers,
provide timely notice of special needs or the transport of large luggage.
The company reserves the right to refuse to provide the service in cases of dangerous, offensive or illegal behavior.
The company is not liable for delays or inability to perform the service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as:
heavy traffic congestion,
extreme weather conditions,
strikes,
traffic accidents,
traffic restrictions,
force majeure events.
The company bears no liability for loss of or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle after completion of the transfer.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable Greek and European legislation.
The data collected is used exclusively for the execution of the booking, communication with the customer and provision of the transfer services.
These terms are governed by Greek law.
For any dispute arising in relation to the use of the website or the provision of services, the courts of the company’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.
